Description
Disturbing The Neighbors, the reissued second album from Abandon Alien, is a raw album filled with emotional subject matter ranging from the battles of self doubt to the strains of interpersonal relationships to grief and even mental health.
Written by front man Dan Bollman, all 10 songs stem from personal places. With the importance of keeping a raw rough around the edges approach to the tones of the album. Disturbing The Neighbors was recorded in Bollman’s apartment.
Serving as both Producer and engineer, Bollman took an old school approach using new technology by only using full live takes of performances, hoping to add a more human element to a world full of digital recording.
